P indicates the exclusive entrance and exit for the Coex parking lot.
Please use the designated parking facilities for department store and hotel customers. - Large luxury sedans (2,500cc or more) are advised to use the [Coex West Gate], which has a wider access path for more convenient entry and exit.
Color Indications by Zone
The Coex parking lot is divided into three colors.
Remembering the colors will make it more convenient.

By searching your vehicle number at the pre-payment kiosk, you can check its location.

Vacant Parking Indicator
- Indicates the parking spaces between pillars.
- Red indicates no parking space available, while green indicates available parking space.
Emergency Bell
- Can be used to report or request assistance in case of fire or emergency situations.
Pre-Payment Kiosk
How to Use
- Find My Car : Tap "Find My Car" > Enter the last 4 digits of your license plate number > Verify your vehicle > Check its location
- Payment : Tap "Payment" > Enter the last 4 digits of your license plate number > Verify your vehicle > Check the parking fee > Insert your credit card > Complete payment and retrieve your card > (Optional) Check the receipt
Important Notes
- Special cases (e.g., national merit recipients, persons with disabilities): Please request assistance from parking staff via the kiosk or at the exit for payment.
- Vehicles exiting within 20 minutes of entry are exempt from parking fees. No payment is required.
- If you do not exit within 20 minutes of completing payment at the kiosk, additional fees will apply.
- Information
- Starting July 1, 2022, parking fees will be adjusted to 6,000 KRW per hour for payments made with credit cards (including debit cards).
- By using KakaoT Parking for mobile payment, you can enjoy the original rate of 4,800 KRW per hour.
